DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
Although our website is not based in the United States, we respect the intellectual property rights of copyright holders, and have chosen to voluntarily comply with the Notice and Takedown provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
This website ("SITE") qualifies as a "Service Provider" within the meaning of 17 U.S.C. § 512(k)(1) of the DMCA and is entitled to "safe harbor" protections.
Notice of Claimed Infringement
To file a claim, provide the Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Description of where the infringing material is located on the SITE (including specific URLs)
- Your address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Take Down Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid notice, the SITE will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the affected user. The affected user may then submit a counter-notification. The material will be restored within 10–14 business days unless a court order is received.
DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure
To dispute a removal, submit the following to the Designated Agent:
- Description of the material that has been removed
- Location where the material appeared before removal
- Statement that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification (under penalty of perjury)
- Your physical address, telephone number, and email address
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district

After receiving a valid counter-notification, the SITE will forward it to the original claimant and restore the material within 10–14 business days unless a court order is received.
Modifications to Policy
The SITE reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without notice.
